Jennings, who has been compared to Denver Nuggets guard Allen Iverson, and been called “one of the top 10 players ever” at a school that has produced the likes of Carmelo Anthony, Josh Smith, and Jerry Stackhouse, was named the 2008 Player of the Year on PARADE’s 52nd annual All-America Boys Basketball Team. He set Oak Hill records by averaging 35 points a game and scoring 63 points in in game, adding 6.8 assists and 3.2 steals a game while shooting 53% from the floor and 84% from the foul line. |
