Brandon Jennings Decision Next Week

Is Brandon Jennings going to Europe, the NBA D-League, or the University of Arizona? The East Valley Tribune has reported that Jennings has not received a high enough score. But Jennings’ attorney, Jeffrey B. Valle, has denied the report, saying the scores will not be officially released until July 5.

Brandon Jennings to Play in Europe for a Year?

Could Brandon Jennings be playing in Europe next season instead of for the Arizona Wildcats? It’s a possibility as ESPN reports.

Jennings will find out on Thursday if he passed the standardized test to allow him to attend Arizona. If he doesn’t, a year in Europe or even the NBA D-League is not out of the question.

“I still want to go to Arizona but if things don’t go right, I’m considering going overseas.”

Brandon Jennings is PARADE Magazine’s Player of the Year

Brandon Jennings Player of the Year

Brandon Jennings will have some hardware to add to his collection this summer. Jennings, who has been compared to Denver Nuggets guard Allen Iverson, and been called “one of the top 10 players ever” at a school that has produced the likes of Carmelo Anthony, Josh Smith, and Jerry Stackhouse, was named the 2008 Player of the Year on PARADE’s 52nd annual All-America Boys Basketball Team. He set Oak Hill records by averaging 35 points a game and scoring 63 points in in game, adding 6.8 assists and 3.2 steals a game while shooting 53% from the floor and 84% from the foul line.

Arizona signee Brandon Jennings outscored the entire Bonner Academy (Raleigh, N.C) team after scoring 63 points while adding seven assists and five steals asOak Hill beat Bonner 123-58 rout.

Brandon Jennings Dominates for 49 Points

Arizona Wildcat fans got a look into the future and it looks promising. Brandon Jennings, making his first appearance at McKale Center, led Oak Hill Academy to a 102-91 victory over Dudley High School with Jennings winning the game’s Most Valuable Player award, scoring 49 points, 4 assists, and 5 steals.

This season, Jennings is averaging more than 38 points, 11 assists and seven steals per game.

Jennings Scores 35 against Veritas

University of Arizona recruit Brandon Jennings scored a game-high 35 points against Veritas including five straight 3-pointers in the third quarter as Oak Hill won in convincing fashion, 92-66.
