How would you have liked to see Brandon Jennings in the uptempo offense of Mike D’Antoni’s New York Knicks? Instead, the Knicks drafted seldom used and now traded Jordan Hill of Arizona as the 8th pick. Now comes word that the reason Brandon wasn’t on the Knicks’ radar was because the Issiah Thomas’ scouting staff didn’t seem that high on Jennings. This staff was inherited by Knicks GM Donnie Walsh, who took over in April, 2008. Just another reason for Knicks’ fans to be mad at Issiah ruining the franchise .

Damn!!! I know I was pissed that the Knicks didn’t draft Brandon, I’m a New Yorker and I deffinatly felt like Brandon would have been a great fit here in New York with his flashy style of play and his ability to score. Sorry BJ that it didn’t work out that in your favor but maybe in the near when your contract is up in 2013 you can come to the Knicks organization and make some fans happy .

He would have put up big numbers in NY, but I’m glad he’s in a system that stresses defense; it will take his career farther.
