I don’t think so either! Stay in the states and go to U of A! I have been waiting for you to put on that U of A jersey! Let’s see it! Get your national attention right here in the States!
Get paid. Look what happened to Bill Walker and recognize that the NBA and NCAA made the rules to make you go to school for their benefit. How much does the NCAA really care about a kid’s academic standing if he can be eligible with two D’s.
Take the best career path, I have followed high school basketball for years, I have seen Mcgrady, Garnett, Bryant and many more in High School and by far you have topped the list. Take one moment and realize you broke records at the same high school Stackhouse, Anthony, Rondo……. and many more who have suceeded in the league. College is overated this day and time, Its only a place to party, or for kids who are to lazy to get any other job, or avoiding the military. Use your talent for what it is worth because injury is always lurking around.
Problem is he can’t go to U of A because he doesn’t have the grades. So he has no choice unless he wants to go to a JUCO or sit out of basketball for a year. I think he should go to a JUCO myself.
Brandon, you’ve gotta do whats best for you, but UA fans are ready to welcome you with open arms. Come and play to a packed house every night. Heck, we even pack other teams arenas when we come!
Lutes system is picture perfect for you. You’ll have a year nonstop publicity. Yeah, NBA scouts visit Eurpoe, but not like they visit major D1 games, especially during the Tourney. Scouts will have to fly 12 hours to see you play in Europe, and some will, but some won’t. ALL of them will see you when your highlights are on ESPN every Thursday and Saturday night. Don’t disappear for a year.
Talk to UA alums, and see how they feel about the program. I think you’ll find that they are all still Wildcats at heart.
Grab a Cats jersey, and cement your name as the next great guard from Point Guard U!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do have the grades im just waiting for My TEST SCORE…. July 5th ill get it….. And By the way I did pick up a Book High school or i wouldn’t of been playing……..

When you get your test scores go to U of A. You made a promise to go to U of A. You will standout in college. Play one year and go pro. I’ll be waiting
personally brandon iam a big fan i think your the best point gaurd right now. if they still had the rule that you could go out fo high school to the nba you would be in the NBA..but just do what best for you, your going to the nba same way..good lucky boii
Hell no, Europe cannot handle that. Goodness, no one in Europe can dunk. You’re the man. You’re ready for the league right now. Here are some names of the last NBA draft class who could enter after high school: Martell Webster, Monta Ellis, Andrew Bynum, Gerald Green, C.J. Miles, Ricky Sanchez, and Amir Johnson. How many are NBA rockstars?
Now I know what you’re saying, “I’m no C.J. Miles!” Yeah…and C.J. Miles thought, “I’m no Leon Smith.” Don’t know who he is? Drop the google on him and learn his story well.
Congrats. You are following the American dream even though it leads you to Europe. You have an exceptional talent and you have seized the opportunity to be paid and well for it. 95% of us wish we had this dilemma, and we would ALL take the money in a heartbeat. This is your life and no one should take chances when you can secure financial independance for the rest of your life, not to mention your family.
But be smart Brandon. You’ve got 10 years if your lucky. Make as much as you can, and save as much as you can, b/c you don’t want to be a part of this rat race. It’s tough even for the extremely educated. If you take your money and blow it on material things, those things will eventually expire and you’ll have nothing to show for your God given talent. Don’t make the same mistake so many others have made.
Wow this is very interesting. I think this is a risky move but a very good one. Considering you know how to invest your money and make it work for you. Like buying real estate, franchises etc. Look at majic johnson his business sense is excellent. Think beyond basketball though your 18 think beyond today. Everyone is just talking about ball but think beyond basketball so if any injuries occur you will still be set for life you and your family. Going over seas is a good move a chance for you to get stronger, and learn how to deal with the press and groupies which are distractions stay focused and you will reach your dream the NBA. Maybe one day own a team instead of just playing on one. God Bless Mike B
Yo! your a man, do what you want fam.. I hate when peeps say “Oh, do this and do that” and “Oh why he not going to school, basketball aint the only thing”… Whats the difference between this and graduating HS and going and getting a real job…?? College aint for everybody especially when you got millions knocking at the door…
But basketball wise your probably the best guard i’ve seen at any level so far…… Talent-wise.. You just gotta put it all together…
Enjoy! I was just talking to my brother about why doesn’t someone do this. I lived in Rome for a year and it’s a great city. Have fun and learn the language if you can, you’ll have more fun. I already wrote to my friends there and told them to get ready for something special
Even though i am younger than Brandon i have followed him since he was on lil romeo team/along with demar derozon.[P.MiLLER BALLERS] i also saw him at rucker and the things he was doing were just AMAZiNG. U dont need college right now, they just want u to bring in the money. and i think he is not only ready for europe. he could have been a lottery pick in this years draft.
i REALLY WANT TO SEE HiM PROVE EVERYBODY WRONG.
AND WHEN YOU MAKE iT TO THE “A” take it easy on the knicks.=]
brandon jennings is the future of the world of basketball, i am telling all of you…i have seen him play and he is the real deal. he is undoubtedly going to be better than michael jordan
don’t think so
